PLACING AN ORDER
Have you received my order?
After you have made your purchase, you will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Provided goods are in stock, available at the specified price, and your payment is approved, we will dispatch the goods as soon as possible.
If the item is out of stock, we will inform you. No other product will be sent to you without your consent.
How can I pay for my purchases?
Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card through Paypal UK. Paypal accepts payment with most major credit/debit cards.
Prices: All prices mentioned on the website exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Are my card details secure on your system?
Yes, your card details are completely secure with us. All payments on our website are processed securely by PayPal. Here are some of the ways that PayPal keeps your information secure:
Paypal uses industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools;
It doesn't share your financial information with the merchant, i.e. Homesoul;
Paypal sends you a confirmation email when you make a payment on our website;
PayPal offers buyer protection on eligible transactions for up to the full purchase price plus original postage charges.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, to order over the phone please contact us on 07557373568. We are available from 9.30am to 7.30pm Mondays to Sunday.
Can I send my purchase as a gift to someone ?
We will deliver to a different address and add a greeting of your choice. For purchases that are gifts please email your instructions on email@example.com. We will ensure no billing information is sent with your purchase, only our address will appear on the delivery outer package and a greeting of your choice. If you require complete gift wrapping please contact us and we will do our best to be of service at a minimal cost.
Where do you deliver?
We can currently delivering within the UK. If you live abroad or need delivery outside the UK please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange to ship for you at the best possible price available.
We are offering free delivery on all products over £100 within the UK. A standard shipping charge of £7 is applicable on all other products shipped within the UK. For orders to be shipped outside the UK please contact us on email@example.com for the best possible shipping quote.
When will I get delivery?
Standard items that are in stock will be delivered within 2-3 working days withint the UK. Deliveries normally arrive in 3-4 working days to Western Europe, in approximately 5 working days to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world.
Express delivery is available on standard items for an additional charge. Please contact us for more details.
If you are not happy with any of your products who have purchased from us, we will be happy to refund you the payment you made.
All you need to do is inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery and send the product back to us within 15 days in an unused stage. We will process the refund immediately thereafter.
